Missing Typescript dependencies

When trying to build a sample Typescript project with 3.0.5 using Yarn, I get the following errors:

node_modules/snowpack/lib/types.d.ts(2,57): error TS2307: Cannot find module 'esinstall' or its corresponding type declarations.
node_modules/snowpack/lib/util.d.ts(2,28): error TS2307: Cannot find module 'skypack' or its corresponding type declarations.

I cleared my node_modules and reinstalled all, but esinstall and skypack are not present, which is normal as they are listed as devDependencies.

Would like to avoid installing peerDeps myself...

adding "skipLibCheck": true to tsconfig.json solve the issue, but I still wonder if it’s the cleanest way to deal with this.

good fix! We still rely on some of these types for typing though so it would be good to expose them. If only TypeScript bundling was a thing.

I think I'll go ahead and add esinstall & skypack back as unbundled dependencies for now to fix these types, and then can come up with a better solution post-launch.

This fix is going out in v3.0.7, but if it's not actually needed I can pull it back out.
