snowpack dev & sourcemaps

It looks like the wrong file is being returned from 'snowpack dev' when the browser tries to get the sourcemaps for a web_modules file.

I created a new CSA with the blank template, and when I open the dev console, I see

DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not parse content for http://localhost:8080/web_modules/canvas-confetti.js.map: Unexpected token / in JSON at position 0

Following that link, it looks like its actually the .js file instead of the .js.map file.

Here's my repo.

I just tried this again in a separate directory.

This is the output on the console.

That repo only has 2 commits. The first is just from the template, and the 2nd is my changes
Basically I just added a new dependency.

Just tried rolling back to the initial commit, and it still shows the warning for the sourcemaps for canvas-confetti

I'm getting this on 3.0.0-rc2, however it looks like this may have been addressed in master (according to #1103)
