Impossible to snowpack install a vue library with a style tag in it

We are trying to move our library (monorepo of standalone applications) to Vue 3 using @snowpack/plugin-vue. Unfortunately as soon as the plugin find a <style> it can't generate the web_modules content.

Have invested to days of work into it and have not figured out a way to make it work. There anybody out there with a similar problem?

When dependency have a style tag (plain css, scoped, module)

I've figured out that it is conflicting with builtin esinstall rollup-plugin-css.
Is there a way to disable rollup-plugin-css?
