Precipitation Totals At The Seasonal Change (April/October)

I would recommend delaying the change over date for the April & October precipitation totals to April 2 / October 2, respectively (versus April 1 / October 1) so that there is some actual amount displayed in both the accumulated total and normal value fields, versus both being set to 0.0 mm for the entire first day of the precipitation period, as is presently occurring.
