According to the ruling, if EFFECT_DISABLE_EFFECT negated monster activate effect, its effect should be negated even if the monster leaved the field when the effect resolves, but shouldn't be negated if the monster is turned set.

Now some scripts in ygopro don't have
RESET_TURN_SET
forEFFECT_DISABLE_EFFECT
so the effect will be still negated.Should we change all scripts or add this to the ocgcore?
