Atmos techs can now open the Engineering front desk windoor 2. Security is more resiliant to being depowered. Before, the entire security department's powernet was reliant on a single line of cables coming in security maint areas that are basically never visited (one in perma, the other is left of interrogation), which meant that a single rat spawning there would be devastating to the entire lower half of security, and it would be nearly impossible for people to find the source of it.
