[Bug]: Youtubeの配信を観るとオンタイムにならない

Bug Summary

Youtubeの配信視聴で再生バーの「ライブ」を押下しても一瞬止まりオンタイムにならない。

Reproduction Steps

1.Youtubeで配信を開く。
2.再生バーの「ライブ」の丸印が赤からグレーになる。
3.再生バーの「ライブ」を押下してオンタイムにする。
4.再生バーの「ライブ」の丸印が赤になるが、一瞬止まり、またグレーになる。

Expected Behavior

Youtubeの配信視聴でオンタイムにならないことがある。
再生バーの「ライブ」を押下しても一瞬止まりオンタイムにならない。

Actual Behavior

Youtubeの配信視聴でオンタイムになっていない状態(再生バーの「ライブ」の丸印がグレー)で、「ライブ」を押下するとオンタイムになった瞬間、一瞬止まり再度オンタイムになっていない状態になった。
※DVR機能がオンの配信の場合は自動でオンタイムにするためカクつきが発生する。
