It is seemingly similar to this closed issue #90, wherein EarTrumpet adds extra load to my GPU when gaming. When I exit the program while game is running, the load on my GPU goes back to usual load prior to installation of EarTrumpet. The moment I re-run the program while game is open, load goes back up again.
I've tried setting it to Power Saving mode in Windows 10 Graphics settings to no avail. I'm guessing it's intended to some degree due volume sliders/indicators? Just seem weird it's causing that much extra load. I have Voicemeeter also installed and it doesn't cause any extra load to my GPU.
Edit: Tried the version linked in the closed issue, while it solve the unusual GPU usage, that version was missing audio routing feature which is what I need. Any way to get a similar version with routing features enabled as well?

Could I just use https://github.com/File-New-Project/EarTrumpet/files/690540/1.4.3.1_softwarerendering.zip linked in the closed issue? Was that supposed to be a standalone non-MS store version?
