See all custom-assigned apps

There is an issue I have run into several times, if I have assigned an app to an audio device and then it changes or disappears, some games will fail to initialize and won't appear in the apps list. The only way for me to fix it after that happens is to fully reset all my app mappings. I was wondering if it would be possible to have a menu of all programs with custom mappings so they can be changed even if the program isn't running at the time
