Hide Devices

I would like the ability to hide devices.

I have two monitors, and a USB microphone that appear as output devices. I don't have anything plugged into the monitors, and the USB microphone can't actually output audio. I tried disabling them as output devices in Device manager and they still show up.

Being able to hide these unused/useless devices would make things much more manageable.
