Hi there, sorry it's taken me so long to respond to this! I tested the URLs you listed under "do not work," and most of them still work for me on iOS 16.2, with two exceptions:

• Larger Text: the path for that is now LARGER_TEXT, so I will update the list accordingly.
• Hardware Keyboard: I don't even see this in settings anymore.

Some of the URLs need to be opened twice to navigate to their intended destinations, such as Cellular Data → Reset Statistics.
