The links for that app should point to https://github.com/felicianotech/pocket-casts-desktop-app/ (the actual app) and not to https://pocketcasts.com (otherwise it makes it think this is an official app).

It's unchanged in the Flatpak, except for adding additional release information, for which there are (were) pull requests.
