Dear Developers,

First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for providing such a commendable software. However, I have encountered some issues while using it, and I am reaching out for assistance.

I have installed version 0.0.9 and have tried both the CLI and GUI versions. Firstly, with regards to the CLI version, I am encountering the following error. Debugging has proven to be quite challenging for me, so I am seeking guidance on the nature of this error and potential solutions.

Regarding the GUI version, I receive the error message: "Inference through the graphical interface is disabled for this release, please try from the command line." This prevents the program from functioning.

Additionally, I understand that this software is capable of processing T1, T2, T1ce, and Flair data. However, the specific task I need to perform involves segmentation exclusively on T2 data. Could you kindly provide guidance on how to proceed in this scenario?

I intend to forward this message to the developers, and I have translated it into English with the utmost respect.

Thank you for your assistance.

Thank you for your kind words!

The FeTS model(s) only work on multi-modal data with T1, T1CE, T2, and T2-FLAIR data [ref]. It will not work if one or more of the modalities are missing.

Thank you for your response. Is it possible to copy the T2 file, rename it to t1, t1ce, and flair, and then use the software with these renamed files? I currently only have T2 data, and I only need a segmentation task for T2.

You could, but I doubt you'll get any meaningful results...

And it doesn't matter if you need the segmentation for 1 modality or 4, since the model is trained to use all the 4 modalities in-tandem.
