Is your request related to a problem you have?

Currently only SqlServer, PostgreSQL and MongoDB are available as storage providers. Do you have any plans of adding RavenDB?

Describe the solution you'd like

Add RavenDB as storage provider.

Are you able to help bring it to life and contribute with a Pull Request?

Maybe

Hi @adambajguz,

First of all, thank you for your feature request. We find that the usage of RavenDB as a storage provider is a valid use case and we agree that this feature can be added to KafkaFlow Retry extension.

As of this moment, we are unable to bring this to life ourselves, and we would like to challenge you to contribute yourself to have this feature implemented. We can provide you with the following:

  • Sample implementation of storage provider, done for PostgreSQL: Postgres support #108.
  • Access to the KafkaFlow slack community which you can use keep a communication channel with us so that we can assist you during the development.
  • You can also ask our help on this issue or on a PR, we are more than happy to help you.

If you can't do this yourself, that's fine, we'll bring this to life when we have the opportunity. Hope this helps you!
