baseAngleOfFirstSegment for polygon

but I think need add some small function
analog baseAngleOfLastSegment: true for polygons add baseAngleOfFirstSegment: true
for create ideal rectangle on screen

I've tried a bit around but haven't found a solution that works. I always want to come back to this and try it again, but I don't have enough time right now.

Basically, this is necessary for drawing such polygons, with angles of 90 degrees, and you can get this result only when using snapAngle: 90.
