A little thing (like a text line) that shows how many files were updated, ignored or skipped (no new commits). Additionally there could be a button/link that could be clicked to see "More Details". This could open a report window, which shows all checked files and what happened to them (useful for cases where you want to figure out what to put on the ignore list #25).
