Missing Arrow Buttons in Buy Mode in Certain Resolutions

Sims 1 Complete Collection but probably all editions that have enough items that you have to click the arrow buttons to see.

The arrows to scroll to the next and previous menus in the buy screen are missing on the resolution 1600x900.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Patch the game with 1600x900 resolution.
