Just found out that 3.10.0 can't seem to turn pages in-game

Hi! I found this amazing high-res patch a few months ago and have been utterly amazed by how it works so fine even I haven't had the time to really play The Sims 1 over the past months.
Today I downloaded 3.10.0 build and uninstalled 3.9.0 settings before patching with 3.10.0, then I ran the game and found out that both 3.9.0 and 3.10.0 seems to be lacking the arrow where I can turn pages when I browse buy/build mode.
This is the original .exe file. as you can see, there is an arrow that helps me turn pages.

This is what I have when I patched the original .exe file with high-res patch, the arrow is gone: (clearly there are more floor styles to be shown but I can't go to them)

Even the arrow is not showing I'm still super grateful for the developers of this patch. However it'll be nice if someone can tell me whether it's me not using this patch correctly/that there is a hotkey to turn pages, or there is a minor fix needed for the current patch?
