”License Terms

All software, including widgets, containers and mixins and codes found in this 
repository (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Software”) are available to 
download free of charge and the Software may be used for both commercial and non-commercial 
purposes. You may use, copy, redistribute and modify the Software as needed. The code is 
distributed in the hope that it will be useful. 

By downloading and/or using the Software, you are accepting to be bound by these License 
Terms. 

Draupner Graphics A/S provides the Software “as is”. This inter alia means that 
Draupner Graphics A/S does not provide the Software with any kind of warranty, express or 
implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a 
particular purpose.

Draupner Graphics A/S states expressly that Draupner Graphics A/S cannot guarantee that 
the Software does not infringe upon third parties’ intellectual property rights.

Draupner Graphics A/S cannot be held liable in any way for any type of claim, damages or 
other form of liability, irrespective of whether such a claim is brought in an action of 
contract, tort or otherwise, and irrespective of whether such a claim relates to the use 
of the Software or other dealings in the Software. 

The foregoing also means that Draupner Graphics A/S cannot be held liable if a 
users/licensee’s download of and/or use of the Software infringes upon a third party’s 
intellectual property rights.

These License Terms are governed by Danish law and any dispute relating hereto shall be 
under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.”


”Terms for Contributions

By submitting a contribution to Draupner Graphics A/S you are accepting to be 
bound by the following Terms for Contributions: 

Draupner Graphics A/S shall, free of charge, be entitled to use any or all parts 
of the contribution in any way that Draupner Graphics A/S in its sole discretion 
finds appropriate. This inter alia means that Draupner Graphics A/S is entitled 
to use the contribution without any form of restriction both commercially and 
non-commercially, and Draupner Graphics A/S may copy, modify, merge, publish, 
distribute, sublicense, and/or sell any or all parts of the contribution, and permit 
persons to whom the contribution may be furnished to do so.  

Draupner Graphics A/S can only accept contributions that are lawfully submitted to 
Draupner Graphics A/S, which inter alia means that a contribution must not infringe 
upon the rights of any third party. It is your responsibility – as the contributing 
party – that your contribution does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. 

These Terms for Contributions are governed by Danish law and any dispute relating 
hereto shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.”
