Hi,
I am the author of OmegaConf and Hydra.
Smaker looks very slick!

Please take a look at Hydra, which is a framework built on top of OmegaConf that adds powerful command line integration and ability to compose configurations without writing custom code.
It also adds some features like dynamic command line tab completion.

I am not 100% it's worth porting smaker over now as it seems complete, but definitely take a look and consider it for your next project.
