Add support for BedrockEconomy

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Due to the new API 4 updates many plugins have become outdated, EconomyAPI is in decline as it does not include as many functions as BedrockEconomy or Capital (at the moment the most used is BedrockEconomy with more than 1000 downloads than Capital).

• Implement BedrockEconomy for future upgrades and improved stability.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I would say to add Capital as well, but according to Dylan (MyPlot developer) he said they are quite different, so I don't think it's worth it, but I'll leave that up to you.
