Fill CUTOFF Gap with proxy process for 'Cyclohexane, production'

Create proxy process to fill data gap. I simple proposal for filling the data gap is provided below. However, using more robust process data would be preferable if resources are readily available and the level of effort to utilize is not too great. Metadata should be provided for the proxy process.

Proposed dislaimer. Include in first line of description metadata field: "This process is a temporary proxy to replace a pre-existing CUTOFF (unlinked) process. This process should be replaced with more robust data as it becomes available or if the input contributes considerably to product system results."

Simple modeling approach:
Cyclohexane proxy developed with benzene inputs per: (https://www.globallcadataaccess.org/cyclohexane-production-upr-ecoinvent-36-undefined-0); 90% cyclohexane hydrogenation of benzene and 10% from naphtha. Could look for more recent production data.
