Fill CUTOFF Gap with proxy process for 'Pallet, for packaging'

Create proxy process to fill data gap. I simple proposal for filling the data gap is provided below. However, using more robust process data would be preferable if resources are readily available and the level of effort to utilize is not too great. Metadata should be provided for the proxy process.

Proposed dislaimer. Include in first line of description metadata field: "This process is a temporary proxy to replace a pre-existing CUTOFF (unlinked) process. This process should be replaced with more robust data as it becomes available or if the input contributes considerably to product system results."

Simple modeling approach:
pallets packaging CUTOFF substituted with 48 lb average, 60% softwood lumber (for SE pine) assumed 503 kg/m3, and 40% hardwood lumber (for oak) assumed 610 kg/m3 ( https://www.rosepallet.com/blog/how-its-made/) and ~48 lbs per pallet per [Franklin Associates LCI] ( https://www.mdpi.com/2071-1050/11/20/5750)
