Add more extensions to the list of extensions to not inherit

SUSHI currently has some extensions as listed to not be inherited when creating a Profile. This list is defined in StructureDefinitionExporter.ts. However, there are some extensions that should be added to this list. Most recently, there was a case where a user observed that the structuredefinition-display-hint extension on Observation.status was being inherited.

SUSHI's list is a subset of this list, but some (like structuredefinition-display-hint) are not currently in SUSHI. There may need to be some additional discussion to determine which of the remaining extensions should be added to SUSHI's list.

Upon further discussion with the team: the structuredefinition-display-hint should be inherited. Only the extensions marked as (5) in the list on the HL7 Jira should be not inherited. Check the list to make sure that they are not inherited.
