文坚老师，我看了训练营的前两周课程，里面大部分内容在我现有的工作中基本接触不到，所以课程听的也比较懵，离我很遥远，可以说是对牛弹琴，有很大的挫败感，可能现阶段的我，能力有限，跟不上老师的节奏，请问有没有什么更好的方式或者建议？
