Related problem

"Troubleshooting and Help" is

  • pretty minimal (only 4 items)
    and
  • outdated (a before/after 1.8.0 tip, an update from July 2020)

Proposed feature

Replace the current help page with

triage cardspanflute flowchart

A working doc exists here.

Acceptance criteria

  • What to do when common crashes / errors occur is clearly explained on or linked to from the "Troubleshooting and Help" page of the user docs
