Excel Pivot Reports in Download Data Domain badly formatted

When multiple selections for countries, etc. are made for the pivot reports in the download data domain the CSV reports are suitable for use in spreadsheets and databases but the formatting of the Excel reports (key terms are not repeated in each row) means that the reports have to be significantly modified if the data is to be used for analysis in a spreadsheet or data base. The relatively sophisticated user will probably figure out that the CSV file is the best option but many inexperienced users may end up terribly frustrated.-- they may not even know how to open CSV files with Excel,

@deneb1 we should add an option for the Excel export to repeat or not the indicators in the rows.
