Source 1: Effusion cell
- type: single or dual filament cell
- crucible
  - source_material
  - geometry
- heater
- thermometer
Source 2: Plasma sources
- type: RF plasma source
- RF generator
- geometry (shared with other sources)
- gas_flow

@hampusnasstrom we'll need to figure out some harmonization with the existing sources

The classes have been dropped in PDI plugin. They will be revised and dragged here later
