From #14. Not sure if we need that.

/api/subscriptions?filter=[username:eq:rmelia] (GET) -> This end point will look for favorites where the user has subscriped to. It will look in Maps/ReportTable/EventChart/Chart/EventReport -> Let's wait if we really need it, I am not sure this endpoint would be accepted upstream, we'll discuss it.
