When a batch script is "Run as Administrator", the default working directory gets changed to "%WinDir%\System32". While I intend to place the registry backup (Vacc_reg.bak) to wherever the user runs usb_vaccine.cmd, it might not be a good idea to put it in System32. If possible, experiment with other locations (such as %UserProfile% if available).
