[Main Tracking] - Fabric Bugs

Problem: SWM has been working on upgrading Fabric in this branch to which Applause did a full regression suite and found several bugs which SWM has been working on, but we're wanting a bit more structure behind tracking the progress.

Solution: Create this tracking issue listing out the bugs that Applause found to track their progress.

Fabric Bugs:

• [Fabric] IOS - New Chat/New Group - The avatar jumps and flashes when opening a chat with a new user. #14365

• IOS - Chat - Missing 'Expand' icon in the text input field #14369
• [Fabric] Android - Log in - The page blinks when tap "Go back" button" #14370
• [Fabric] Sign out - The blank page after tap sign out #14371
• [Fabric Rollout] iOS - Second keyboard opens when you click on the cursor in Request money #14372

Once all are completed successfully, we can review and ensure no further Fabric bugs have been identified. If there have, we will update the list to track those as well, if not, we'll close the issue out.
