small nit: say when neutrino was cloned and installed

~/xud-simnet$ xud-simnet-install
/usr/bin/python3.7
found all pre-requisites
ltcd repo downloaded
ltcd patched
ltcd installed
lnd repo downloaded
lnd patched
patching file blockmanager.go
neutrino patched
lnd compiled
lnd installed
found all dependencies for Raiden
git clone raiden
create virtual environment
upgrade pip
install requirements
setup raiden
raiden installed!
xud installed
Ready!

And started

~/xud-simnet$ xud-simnet-start
starting all processes
ltcd started
lndbtc started
lndltc started
raiden started
xud started
sync lndbtc to chain
.
lndbtc synced to chain
sync lndltc to chain
