We are encountering a display issue for this app for a specific user account on Alma.
After searching for a collection in the institution zone and opening the cloud app, the Update E-Collections window does not load. Here is our steps:
Search for collections in IZ > open cloud app and select E-Collection Quick Update > select collections to update, select "next" > Update E-Collections window does not load.
We tried opening the app on a few other user accounts and it was able to load without issue. We have also tried in a private browser, after clearing cookies, and in a new browser completely (firefox). Are you aware of any previous issues like this or any other troubleshooting steps we could take?
