Implement feature: Rematches

As a player, I want to challenge my teammates and rivals to a rematch so that I can beat them again or show them we can do better.

• Implement feature: Search for players if finalized, non-full rematch parties have at least two players #146
• Implement feature: Cancel rematch requests if only the requestor is in the party #147
