More than 50 top tokens

Hi,

I am trying to request top 100 or 200 tokens, I am only receiving data for top50 tokens with /getTopTokens.
Could you please help me on how to request token in for more than 50 top tokens.

Yes, the Limits per one request are ok, but what about the pagination or similar option to get data over the limits, maybe by calling another request to get the next limited maximum range?
