Motivation

Our snackbar displays, once the rpc API fires the event that the transaction was mined (part of the new block),
"Transaction 0x23..232 was mined in block 984392". We want that the hash of the transaction is actually a link to snowtrace explorer.

The snackbars were included with the use of the library notistack. To include a link in the snackbar, customised snackbars need to be created.
