In a similar vein to #5, there should be an option to exclude or ignore one or more channels.

This would be the inverse logic of the bot_listen_channel option, and could be useful when wanting to filter out a small number of channels (rather than include all but a handful).

New option name should be bot_ignore_channel and allow single/multiple values.
