Improve text location of motif/community videos

Currently text is displayed over the video. Depending on the setup, the text can obstruct the view of the arena. A rectangle bar above or below the video can be used to display motif # text.

@katiekly can you show me where in the code is this text? I tried to find in motif_videos and community_videos functions but I'm not sure if there is any text there. Looking to the videos generated locally it also does not contain any text, not sure if I'm missing a config or something else.
