Is there a way to "tune" the Fine Throttle Adjustment?

I was looking for steady RPM sounds
And I figured that RPM Hold feature is not suitable for on-throttle sound
So I tried to manually hold RPM by adjusting throttle finely

The problem is, amount of increase/decrease per scroll is too large for me(0.012 per scroll)
Is there a way to adjust this?

Use RPM Hold and control throttle.
