@Enet4 I also hope to do somethings, but I am not very good with Rust programming, I don't have much experience with Rust.

It should hopefully not be too overwhelming if you have the DICOM part covered. I would advise taking dicom-storescu as a baseline and change the DIMSE interactions from there.

I've decided to try to develop the dicom-printscu module. I'm currently reading the source code of dicom-storescu. Besides that, I hope to get more suggestions and guidance, especially regarding the DICOM Standard. I tried to look for content related to printscu on The DICOM Standard, but so far I haven't found anything.
