I will no longer be providing AVX2 builds (I am going to place this message here until I stop getting messages about it.)
The reason why realistically the difference is marginal at best there are almost zero differences between the AVX2 build and the SSE4 build I am doing this because it makes my building workflow a little bit easier. If you would still like an AVX2 build you can build one yourself.

Hi! The other file 'Microsoft.VCLibs.x64.14.00.appx' is a dependency that needs to be installed along with the emulator? Sorry, I don't know much about this and I want to install it correctly
