Down-selection controls currently implemented for C vs. cycle are requested for the capacity swarm plot. We currently use the Seaborn package to plot box/swarm combo plots. The swarm part reacts to down-selection controls differently than the box plot, the latter being correct. Need to investigate the Seaborn implementation.
