Exemples not working, not displayed when offline use

Hi,
I've downloaded BlocksCAD (version 1.7.3) here in order to use it without Internet connection.
When, I want to see or use the exemples provided, nothing happens : nothing is displayed.
No problem when I use the site https://www.blockscad3d.com/editor/?lang=fr#.
