Project deprecation notice

We have decided to deprecate the current project in favor of a new one: https://github.com/Efferent-Health/HL7-V2

The new project's source code is identical, with the exception of the namespace, and we believe it has the potential to surpass the current project in every aspect.

The rationale for this decision is the following:

• HL7-dotnetcore started as a very small project forked from https://github.com/j4jayant/hl7-cSharp-parser . That was more than 7 years ago, back in 2017.
• As mentioned in our README, "Since then, it has been modified fundamentally, with respect to features, code quality, bugs, and typos." Your contributions have been invaluable in this journey.
• At the time this post was written, the project had 228 stars, just one position behind nHAPI, which had 266 stars, among all the C#/.NET HL7 V2 projects.
• Unfortunately, the fact that we kept this project as a fork rendered it invisible when searching for HL7 projects in GitHub's search bar.
• Moreover, the name is outdated, as is the term .NET Core.

We encourage you to star the new project so it can gain the visibility it deserves and allow us keep improving it.
