I played this with GIB, that bid 3N in north

I am not sure, what BBA think 3N is except a cuebid, but in what suit. As GIB play i, it shows club-stoppers

With KQxx opposite partners singleton, that hand is as bad as can be, so 4H is the right bid

Next BBA bids less optimistically in this situation.
WB5 starts similarly but bids slam.
GIB was wrong - 3NT means 14+HCP.
