Need capability to enter and display multiple definitions for a "term"

Requirements:

1. Each definition needs to have a universally unique id, the term, the definition, the citation to the source of that definition.
2. It must be possible to add additional consensus definition(s) for each term that automatically deprecate the other definitions - with an attribution to the source of the "consensus"
3. It must be possible to up or down vote any particular definition for the term
4. It must be possible to comment on definitions.
5. It must be possible to close off discussion of deprecated terms
6. It needs to be possible to display all definitions for a term to be displayed on the same screen
