Update ccs_config externals once the new VR mesh files are installed: ESMCI/ccs_config_cesm#62

The issue should be opened in https://github.com/ESMCI/ccs_config_cesm/issues and I would tag @jedwards4b and @fischer-ncar

I don't believe we need the scripgrids in inputdata.

I'm thinking that I should delete this issue so we aren't having two conversations. And move the primary conversation to the ccs_config issue. Is that OK?

I agree that the discussion should happen in the ccs_config_cesm repo.
