二：disagree：纵使我们拥有了更好更快更多的渠道来communicate，我们损失的远比我们获得的多→那种线下的谈话是不可替代的→因为即使语意可以传达，人区别于机器的地方是情感→而机器正是阻断这种情感最好的杀手→这也会使人们越来越依赖机器，如此便产生了一个恶性循环generate a vicious circle which is hard to break

agree：进步的源泉在于进化→如果一个领域的leader一成不变，那么这个行业在某种程度可能会止步不前→也许在一个new leader的前几年会快速发展，但是五年之后基本会standstill→另外，一个新的executor会更好的总结前人的经验和教训，也可以放下个人偏见更好看待问题和局势→这对于这个profession的长远发展必定有好处
disagree：首先五年的观点过于绝对，我们并不知道这个时间段这个profession在经历什么，有可能某个公司正在苟延残喘→那么这个时候更换leader很可能使其灭亡→其次，老的领导人可能对于这个领域有着更加深刻的见解也积累了更多的经验，这些都是new comer不具有的，也是至关重要的
