Currently the features provided by drawtools will be in whatever projection the linked map is. This creates some issues as sometimes the map will be in one projection but the extracted values will be expected to be in another.
We should have a way to define the expected coordinates projection for drawtools

I would propose to assume and default to 4326 output if nothing is defined as this is the STAC extended projection and also used by many of the APIs we use. Additionally it should be possible to define the wanted result projection that should be applied to the values
