Add linux releases (both .rpm and .deb)

Using the conda package manager, I made an automatic build for vibes which works on linux and windows.
Build script are available at conda-qt-static
to try with conda, enter :

conda install -c benensta vibes

I can also make the ubuntu package but it will require admin privilege for the installation
